My concern is the implication that the review process is not adequate and the implication that somehow there is some kind of danger with genetically modified products. That is totally incorrect. I think you heard the quote from the National Academy of Sciences suggesting that USDA, EPA and FDA have a good coordinated system to review and regulate agricultural products. The potential scare, from un-scientific accusations does a great disservice not only to the scientific community but to the agricultural producers of this country.
