Just in response, Mr. Speaker, I would hope we all keep track of some of our goals in this country and what I assume we all want to accomplish, and one thing is more and better jobs. So the question, as we review tax cuts, is how do we get more and better jobs and keep this economy growing? So to specify and say that the tax cuts have to be just to a certain income group, I think dismisses the larger question of how can we best accomplish the goals that we all want to achieve, and that is more and better jobs for the American working family.
