China has been utilizing partnerships with U.S. tech companies to build malignant ‘smart cities’ that are used for mass surveillance and human rights abuses against millions of innocent Chinese people.

But the president has set a goal of making this available to the American people, following the law that was passed in a bipartisan way, and I trust that they are doing that.
