Not that I am putting words in anybody's mouth, but when you have the opportunity to experience a national monument, that is more of a didactic learning experience as opposed to when you can utilize a national park or even a wilderness area, that is an experiential learning for people of all ages, but especially the young boys and girls of our country, who in many cases did not have a chance to grow up in a small town or in rural America.
