The people occupying the leadership positions in Minnesota right now still could be part of a problem ongoing.

I think the House should have pushed back, and we have a chance to rectify this in the future.

Wouldn't it be better to have the infrastructure here now instead of waiting until--oh, my God, we are being invaded.
