My friend and colleague is not here, the manager of the bill from the majority side. We have discussed this between us and the Senator's statement, as far as I am concerned, is absolutely true. He has worked hard on it, done a lot of hard work on it. I think it is absolutely necessary we have it in for his protection and others. I would not want to speak for my colleague.
