I do hereby revoke Proclamations No. 2799 of July 20, 1948, No. 2937 of August 16, 1951, No. 2938 of August 16, 1951, No. 2942 of August 30, 1951, No. 2972 of April 17, 1952, No. 3314 of September 14, 1959, and No. 4101 of January 13, 1972; thereby terminating the present procedures for registration under the Military Selective Service Act, as amended.

I will add that I am a little disturbed and concerned about three issues...there is an enormous gap between what we said we want to spend and what we actually intend to spend.
that is a little unfair. I do not think anyone objected to flags being flown and so forth. You make a good point on some of the other things, but that is a little unfair on the flag.
I am just curious as a Member of the body and as a voter, when does it become President Bush's economy? You said this started back with Bill Clinton.
So we bear some of the responsibility, but some on the other side of the aisle also bear some of the responsibility.
