I think there is a pretty good indication that they are sympathetic.
I herewith report four new routine deferrals of funds totalling $685.0 million.
True peace is more than an absence of battle; it is also the absence of prejudice and the triumph of understanding.
I commend the report to the attention of the Congress and urge prompt action to create a Department of Energy.
