The Medals of Freedom you are about to receive are the highest civilian honor that our country can bestow.
Each advisory committee listed below is hereby continued until December 31, 1978.
I hereby transmit to the Congress the eighth quarterly report of the Council on Wage and Price Stability.
Section 1 (c) of Executive Order No. 11651 of March 3, 1972, is amended.
