The power to declare war and to authorize military force is Congress' most sacred responsibility. We must reclaim it.

It literally strikes from current law a requirement that a new low-yield nuclear weapon be 'specifically authorized by Congress.'

I would argue if Members of Congress think that our arsenal needs a low-yield nuclear weapon that we should debate it, we should authorize it, and do it in full view of the American people as existing law requires.

We must not shirk our constitutional responsibility in favor of political expediency.

We do really need to make anti-corruption the focus.

Those law enforcement officials, U.S. in particular, in Africa and Asia are incredibly under-resourced, still.
