We wouldn't have had a vaccine for COVID, might have been 8, 10, maybe even a year afterwards.
We are going to change the procedure in committee.
But I got to tell you, then-Vice President Biden was terrific.
We are looking to introduce that bill soon to update what we did on Cures.
