The U.S. is now a global energy superpower, and with that power, we have a chance to do some real good. Saying ``yes'' to energy is good for workers here at home and is good for global allies. I thank Representative Bill Johnson for his leadership on this issue, and I would hope that everybody would support this bipartisan piece of legislation.
