I want to recognize my good friend and chairman of the Communications and Telecommunications Subcommittee, both Greg Walden and Anna Eshoo from California, for their tireless efforts to push this bill across the finish line. These are good, solid reforms with clear congressional intent, and I appreciate the hard work to get an agreement and advance this wireless future. I thank all my colleagues on the conference committee. We worked together, we got it done, and the taxpayer's going to be better off.
