I would just say to the gentleman, I agree with what you have to say, that the electromagnetic pulse, EMP, and geomagnetic disturbances really do pose a real threat to the grid. I think your amendment is constructive. It moves the bill forward. I have a few small concerns, but it is a good amendment, and I certainly intend to vote for it.
