I have yet to have someone explain to me why it is that the veterans in this area are not entitled to a VA facility with a full-time doctor and quality healthcare.

I don't know who wrote that, but it sounds as if somebody from Washington wrote that because it is the same kind of testimony we get from the VA every single time we have a hearing, okay?

I think that there is a position here that we do not understand why we are acquiring more land when we have a backlog of just maintaining the land?
