I agree with you on the emergency fire spending. That is a problem we have to fix.

There is too big of a project. There is not enough smaller projects so that the average logger in the area can actually do the project.

I think we should manage the land you have instead of acquiring more.

I am not sure that requires congressional action, I think it may be more of a bureaucratic solution.
