The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle C of title XII, add the following: SEC. 12317. SCIENTIFIC AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE FDA FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT. (2) An analysis of the economic impact of the proposed final rule to implement the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act with a particular focus on-- (A) agricultural businesses of a variety of sizes; and (B) small and mid-sized value added food processors.…”
