This is a crucial thing. I mean, I have had individuals talk to me about this very problem, you know, and they try to kill themselves in the parking lot of the VA because they couldn't get help.
Frankly, Mrs. Noem was right, this sounds very much like the VA, you know, government-run healthcare. Sometimes it does not work.
It seems to me that usually if you have got a problem with your toe, that they usually do a vascular evaluation before they start operating on the toe.
