We would say that 9 of the 12 of them have to agree with the decisions that are being made. We make sure that there is a redundancy, that we are not just rushing and plunging headlong. Ultimately, the goal is to make sure that we never have that situation happen again so that we never find ourselves in that situation of having to even have the discussion about whether we would have massive bank bailouts, which is what happened in 2009 under this administration.
