The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used the Securities and Exchange Commission to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce pay ratio disclosure rules, including the final rule titled ``Pay Ratio Disclosure'', published Aug. 18, 2015 (80 Fed. Reg. 50103). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 794, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Huizenga) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
