I appreciate that. I just wanted to clarify and make sure that we are all on the same page. And I might add that I deeply respect my colleague and friend from Georgia, and we have worked on some issues. I will note that HUD has not been able to get the money out the door to those families that need the help with what they have already been given, and yet we are trying to put more into that pipeline. Mr. Speaker, I continue to reserve the balance of my time.
