I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 10002. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Defense Logistics Agency to implement the Small Business Administration interim final rule titled ``Small Business Size Standards; Adoption of 2012 North American Industry Classification System'' (published August 20, 2012, in the Federal Register) with respect to the procurement of footwear. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 628, the gentleman from Michigan and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Michigan.
