I am sure you are a very smart man, very well-read, so I assume that you are well aware that in recent months, Federal Reserve Chair Yellen, Governor Tarullo, and others have stated that insurance companies 'have unique business models,' I think was the phrase that was used in this committee, that make them very different from banks, and that a bank-centric regulatory model really isn't going to work for a lot of these insurance companies.
