I commend the gentlewoman from Missouri (Mrs. Wagner) for introducing this important piece of legislation, which will equip the SEC with the necessary tools to ensure that all future SEC regulations will meet these standards with the ultimate goal of achieving the SEC's statutory mission of protecting investors and facilitating capital formation. I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to support this important bill.
