In much the same way some people will believe tax cuts for working folks are tax cuts for the rich, in a very similar way some people will believe that slowing the growth in Medicare from 10 percent to 7 percent a year is a cut and on and on and on. I will close with this: I think the American people are a lot smarter than that.
