I want to get back to the TEAM Act. I want to go right to the balanced budget, because it includes my favorite whopper: the rich, tax cuts for the rich. How many times do we see class warfare strategy utilized on the floor of this House? The bad news for the folks that we are talking about, the working people who built this country, what they do not know and what the bosses failed to tell them is that they are rich. They make $25,000, $35,000, $45,000 a year. They are rich. Do you know how you can prove it? How many times have you heard on the floor of this House, the Republicans are slashing Medicare to make tax cuts for their rich buddies? Do we hear that every day?
