Glenn Frederick Ivey is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Maryland's 4th congressional district since January 2022. A member of the Democratic Party, Ivey has a background in law and public service, having previously served as the state's attorney for Prince George's County. His legislative focus includes issues such as public safety, education, and economic development. Ivey has been active in addressing local concerns and advocating for policies that benefit his constituents.
I would like to take a moment at the beginning of this hearing to express my deepest condolences
the Biden-Trudeau meeting, I think, from last week is an indication that they are a good working partner
I am calling on my Republican colleagues to come up with proposals to do that.
I would join with your calls and the previous panel's calls to get additional funding.
I fight alongside Manny and Patricia Oliver. I believe that they are American heroes, and what they always say is they don't want their son, Joaquin, to be remembered as a victim.
Again, the leading cause of death for kids in America is guns, and today's hearing is about distracting the people from the truth.
