This bill seeks to end predatory foreclosures on military families by extending SCRA protection for families whose loved ones are not only deployed, but also permanent and total disabled.

Never again should a military family worry that the bank will seize their home while their loved one is serving overseas or after their loved one has made the ultimate sacrifice.

This legislation has had overwhelming bipartisan support over the past two years.

This is a common sense bill that will better protect military families and veterans with disabilities.

As a country we can do better, we must do better.

In my opinion, no one is more deserving of our Nation's help than our military servicemembers fighting for our freedoms.

We owe it to our men and women in uniform, Mr. Chairman, to take action now.

It seems clear from the evidence that you wanted to take full advantage of the HUBZone program, and not to help D.C. residents.

I live in a HUBZone-type area where businesses are struggling. So I want the programs to work properly.

Let me say from the outset that I have a tremendous interest in HUBZones.

What this says to the bad actors is that we could continue to do the stuff that we do and keep coming right back to the government and saying, keep me in business, not for a year or two, but for generations.

We in Congress have a lot of motion, commotion, emotion and no results.

Where is the justice, or is it just us?
