Dutch Ruppersberger is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Maryland's 2nd congressional district since 2003. A member of the Democratic Party, he has focused on issues such as national security, economic development, and education throughout his tenure. Ruppersberger has been involved in various legislative initiatives and has served on several committees, including the House Intelligence Committee.
I blame Congress for where we are right now. Our Senate passed an immigration bill without amnesty, and we couldn't get it on the floor in the House.
