The CHIPS piece, as you know, is funded. We need to fully fund the science part of the CHIPS and Science Act to maintain our competitive edge.

I agree with you and with the President that the number-one thing we need to do is get our house in order here at home.

I strongly support that and would like to see an expansion of that as well on the supply side, but we also have to address this immediate issue.
