I'm not at all confused between the fact that the IG's office is to document things that have happened.

The EPA Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training has informed the OIG that EPA's Protective Service detail began providing 24/7 coverage of the Administrator the first day he arrived at the EPA.

So will you accept the recommendation of the White House Office of Legal Counsel with respect to the trust fund?

Will you print on the, you know, structure of your legal defense fund, the rules, will you make it clear that you will not accept anonymous donations?

Will you agree not to accept anonymous donations?

Will you commit today to not accept any donations from lobbyists or corporations that have business before the EPA?

I really don't think you're taking this issue of public trust seriously.

We have a duty to uphold the public trust and protect the taxpayer dollar.

There's no way we can meet the health and environmental protection needs of the bay with that kind of budget.

I believe that a lot of the positions you've taken are contrary to the mission and mandate of EPA to protect the public health and protect our environment.

In fiscal year 2018, the FBI created a Foreign Influence Task Force to investigate efforts by foreign actors to influence threats to the electoral process.

The threat of foreign interference in our democratic process through the weaponization of the information space requires a whole-of-society response.
