In my view the Court has weakened environmental protections that were hard fought here in Congress.

Justice Marshall was one of the great Americans that have come from Maryland. We are very proud of what he's meant to this country.

It's certainly important for this process. This is the Supreme Court and it's important we get as much information as possible.
