I have been on the floor several times, and many of my colleagues, particularly on this side of the aisle, have been here to talk about a growing trend in America; that we see a concentration of wealth and a shrinking middle class. If you are a business owner, you should be very concerned about that. The growing middle class is what buys the products that go to the restaurants that keep our economy going. But, no, the Republicans said, no, we are not even going to consider it. We are not even going to take that up.
