PROHIBITION ON EXPANSION OR OPERATION OF DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA NATIONAL GUARD YOUTH CHALLENGE PROGRAM IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no funds may be used to expand or operate the District of Columbia National Guard Youth Challenge Program in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
