I can assure you, although we have not been able to work out a bipartisan bill, there is bipartisan agreement to maintain the flexibility of the States under the waiver authority. I know that there are efforts to extend it and expand it, but at least there is agreement that we want to maintain at least where the States are today in their ability to use authority to tailor programs for their individual State needs. That is a bipartisan understanding, and I believe, also, there is a lot of support in the other body.
