In Maryland, heroin deaths nearly doubled. And, in fact, when you look at all overdose deaths in Maryland last year, the majority of them were actually heroin overdoses.

I think that is a bargain. I think that is a tremendous bargain for what we get in the way you are out there protecting America.

I think we need to be able to do that in three ways. Number one, give them respect.
