Stephen Francis Lynch is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 8th congressional district since 2001. One of the things that the Center for Responsible Lending has been very public and adamant about is the importance of actually making sure that community-based banking institutions have an opportunity to compete.
