Mike Capuano is a former U.S. Representative from Massachusetts, serving from 1999 to 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented Massachusetts's 8th congressional district. During his tenure, Capuano was known for his advocacy on issues such as healthcare, education, and civil rights. He served on several committees, including the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he focused on infrastructure development and public transportation improvements in his district.
There are clearly some people in the Federal Government that Congress and the President have decided over the years should not be removable for political purposes.
I personally think we should have a natural disaster insurance fund as opposed to simply flood insurance, because I don't think people care.
Did they do their job? ... And their job was a little bit more than serving drinks and picking up after my trash. It was saving my life.
fair is fair. And fair is a level playing field, the Government not paying me to do what somebody else already does.
The Norwegian thing is horrendous. It is an absolutely wrong decision and it is heading in a direction exactly as you described, Ms. Nelson. It is jeopardizing American jobs.
