Mike Capuano is a former U.S. Representative from Massachusetts, serving from 1999 to 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented Massachusetts's 8th congressional district. During his tenure, Capuano was known for his advocacy on issues such as healthcare, education, and civil rights. He served on several committees, including the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he focused on infrastructure development and public transportation improvements in his district.
But you do realize there is a way to keep something alive and gut it from the inside, like some of my friends are trying to do to the ACA?
I have got to respectfully disagree, Mr. Schwarcz. When the Senate is consulted on various appointments they don't all have to agree.
To my knowledge, there are no bills to do that. To my knowledge, no member of this committee has suggested that in the past or now.

File a lawsuit and maybe you will get some equity. Otherwise, they are going to keep doing to you what they have been doing to you forever.
