I'd like to see people back to work.

What we're looking at doing is making a major investment in apprenticeship programs through the American Jobs Plan.

The President and Congress worked together to pass the American Rescue Plan. It changed the course of the pandemic.

We have to Build Back Better. And this is a great opportunity to do that.

This American Jobs Plan is not a Democratic program. It`s not a Republican program. It`s an American program.

It`s about jobs. There`s no question about it.

We really have to build up our strength there.

It really is about strengthening up our enforcement.

I would call that a false promise, which raised some some false hopes, unfortunately.
