If I do anything as Secretary of Labor, it is making sure that the money in the workforce development grants, in the apprenticeship program, money that we get, we get out in the street because that, that is going to be the fundamental, biggest game changer in the United States of America, to get workers retrained, or workers trained, and the ability to raise and get into the middle-class.
