Terrorists could be helping themselves to what has been called, I quote -- and this is by the people who reported them missing -- 'the greatest explosives bonanza in history.'

Mr. President, what else are you being silent about? What else are you keeping from the American people?

This is one of the great additional blunders of Iraq, the unbelievable incompetence of this administration.

After being warned about the danger of major stockpiles of explosives in Iraq, this president failed to guard those stockpiles where nearly 380 tons of highly explosive weapons were kept.

The president kept responding, It is hard work. It is hard work. It is hard work. Well, my fellow Americans, I am ready, and I would be privileged, and I am impatient to relieve this president of that hard work.

This isn't about being a Democrat or a Republican. It is about bringing Democrats and Republicans together for a higher purpose.

Secretary Rumsfeld, we know, cavalierly dismissed the danger of looting, and now we know the impact.

Clearly, that would make the difference for him if he was able to win that by 11 points in the same way that Al Gore did four years ago.

And millions of women, women particularly, struggle to get by on the minimum wage.

But in terms of purchasing power, the minimum wage is at the lowest that it's been in 50 years. How dare this administration tell Americans this is the best economy of our lifetime?

After they punch out at work, many of them punch right back in at home for the next shift as the caregiver, the meal cooker, the financial planner, the housecleaner, and all the other jobs that they have to do to support their families.

Fifty-two percent of undergraduates from around the country favored Senator Kerry, 39 percent President Bush, and 8 percent remain undecided.

I am a hunter. I'm a gun owner. I've been a hunter since I was a kid, 12, 13-years-old.

It's wrong to tell scientists that they can't cross the frontiers of new knowledge. It's wrong morally and it's wrong economically.

But if George Bush had been president during other periods of American history, he would have sided with the candle lobby against electricity. He would have been with the buggy makers against the cars, and the typewriter companies against…

They can't come here to Ohio and talk to you about the jobs they have created, because they've lost 1.6 million jobs, 237,000 of them right here.

My fellow Americans, on November 2, Social Security is on the ballot. A choice between one candidate who will save Social Security and another who will undermine it.

These are dangerous times.

I mean, that's almost like a schoolyard decision, you know? You learn more in elementary school and high school than they seem to have applied in the conduct of this war.

Our troops are the best-trained, best-led forces in the world, and they have been doing their job honorably and bravely. And the problem is the commander in chief has not been doing his.

The president keeps saying how certain he is about things, but you can't just be always certain and frequently wrong. It doesn't make sense.

You know, the president says he's a leader. Well, Mr. President, look behind you. There's hardly anyone there.

They don't, quote, 'Have a prayer of getting a flu shot.'

I will not privatize Social Security, I will not cut the benefits, I will not raise the retirement age.

The president and his friends keep feeding the people at the top, keep walking on by and crossing over to the other side of the street and ignoring those who need the help in America.
