But suppose, I mean, if the FTC were to certify that program or similar program like that and it's compliant with the fair treatment of people's information given the way the net works and the modern technology that's available and the low cost of collection and so forth, couldn't collectors of information outside of your program wind up doing a lot of damage broadly in ways that would be inconsistent with what you've said consumers ought to have?
