Well, I base my judgment on the science. I am not a scientist but I have read as much as I can, studied it, worked with a lot of people, and my judgment is that if the scientists are telling us that you have 12 years within which to try to prevent the 0.5 additional degrees of warming, to bring us to 1.5, we want to try to avoid it.
