I continue to advocate for a debate and vote on President Obama's decision to go to war in Libya.

We would focus our unique capabilities on the front end of the operation and then transfer responsibility to our allies and partners.

I think we do have a role to play.

We at least give them a fighting chance to oust a dictator with a long, strong history of terrorism.
