The message coming out of this COP is, we are moving away from fossil fuels. We are not turning back. That is the future.

Well, she is, in regard to, writ large, the energy policy. Sure, she is the primary.

Back-up baseload, no. But, some primary they could be part of it.

We're spending billions--literally, actually, trillions.
