these outdated asset and income limits are barriers that prevent SSI recipients from building a better future for themselves and for their families.
I am glad to be a cosponsor of Senator Brown's SSI Restoration Act which would allow recipients to save up for emergencies, to earn a little more money for work and other sources without being penalized.
But the banks we have to worry about are the banks that get bailed out here.
