So they are going to be looking for protection, and that kind of looks to the U.N. It looks to these blue-helmeted soldiers to come in and to give some level of guarantee that there will protection for them if they lay down their guns.

Those who will have to suffer the consequences of what we are trying to hide will not forget this failure of conscience and responsibility.
