Well, CNN moved Wisconsin into the toss-up category from lean to Obama after Ryan was picked. So clearly Paul Ryan on the ticket has made a difference.

I think it ultimately is going to make it much more difficult for the winner to govern. They're not going to have the kind of public support you really need to govern well.
