He needs to do that. I think as urgent as his appointment are is to give reassurances to the country, he will respect people's rights.

If they restrict it to the circle of loyalists, they're going to have problems down the road.

This meeting historically has not been one you chew over a program ... This is really an opportunity to get the transition and moving.
